Steve opens the contest and introduces "Cosplay in the Round". Since there were over 30 entries, and most were walk-ons featured in better pictures on other pages here, I will just focus on the highlights.

Lum was one of the first to really play to the crowd, by racing around the entire circle, giving everyone a low five.

Later on, Radical Edward from Cowboy Bebop, replays the scene where Ed sniffs and crawls over the captured space outlaw with selected members of the audience. What a trouper, she ended up crawling around the entire ring so that everyone had a look. This cosplayer/audience interaction is what makes AE so incredible.

Above, Rinoa from Final Fantasy 8 and Tifa from Final Fantasy 7 square off in the final battle to prove who is superior in a card game of Dual Monsters.... What?
