Our own little animarathon group was well represented among the fans gathering for the cosplay contest. Above, left to right are Aaron, Pete, Jayme and Jason.

First up are some characters from the video game, Zelda III, with both the young and older version of the hero, Link.

As the audience coos, ahs and cheers, baby Saturn approaches her father, the evil Professor Tomoe (of Cosplay Lab fame) and proceeds to carry out the infamous greave spin and smack-down. This was quite possibly the most adorable cosplayer I have even seen. ^_^

This contestant actually won a prize for portraying one of the least known RPG character in fandom history. Who is she? I have no idea. ^_^;

Next up was Van Fanel from Vision of Escaflowne.
